The overall objective is to support Barbados in advancing in its attempt towards energy self- sufficiency from local renewable resources. The Immediate Objective or Outcome is that the private sector gets engaged in power generation through renewable energies, and consumers make increasingly use of energy efficiency measures.
Organise 4-6 webinars under this series focussing on different regions. Each webinar would start with the introduction of global issues, followed by a regional overview, country-case, city-case and example from a district, if applicable.

This collection holds building efficiency related tools and case studies for the Building Efficiency Accelerator (BEA), part of the Global Efficiency Accelerator Platform under the United Nations’ Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) Initiative. The BEA is a multi-stakeholder network made up of over 30 businesses and organizations that work with local and sub-national governments in order to increase the uptake of energy efficiency policies and programs in the building sector.
