Gerrit-Jan Teunissen is the first WELL and LEED Accredited Professional in the Netherlands. He is responsible for the first LEED certification in the Netherlands, and is currently responsible for the majority of LEED registered projects in the Netherlands. As a consultant in energy and sustainability at TRAJECT, he has gained experience in green building and sustainable constructions in the Netherlands and other countries. His contribution to project teams are technology consultancy, cost calculations, integrative design management, management consultancy, integration management, commissioning, and maintenance planning among other work.
